4- Create Oracle Apex Express User 

      In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Praise be to Allah, blessing and peace be upon our prophet Mohammed, his family and his companions. After that,

      

     It really makes a good sense for an instance administrator to carry on creating a new Oracle Apex Express User for a new workspace assigned for the new application. ُEven in your training stage you may need to know how to take over this mission.

       There are main four integrated steps for creating a manual work space. I do recommend you to perform the four steps with the same order to avoid  inconvenience in the task work follow. They all will require access to the Administration Services.

     

Task Definition:   

1.  Create a New database user.  

2.     Create a New Work Space Manually.

3.     Assign One or More Database Schema To One Work Space.

4.     Create Oracle Apex Application User.  

Task Solution:           

       4.  Create Oracle Apex Express User. 

• There are two ways to access  "Administration Services"
• You can login with the following credentials 

                          Work space Internal
                          User           Admin
                          Password  whatever

• You can Scroll down the login-page then under the Task Column Click on Administration.

• The Administration Services login-page displayed. Enter the user name and password then press Sign In to Administration button.

• There are two ways to launch the create user page.

1. Either press the Create user Short Cut down to the right tool bar to launch the create user page directly,
2. Click the Manage Workspaces icon.

• Then, click Manage Developers and Users.

• The following report will displayed. Press Create User Button.

•  The following Tab Page will displayed. 
• Identify the user name and the Email.
• Specify the user's workspace name.
• You can also specify the default database schema.

•  Specify the user password otherwise you will face the an error.
• Enter a case sensitive password & confirm it.
• Click Create User button, or Click and create another create button.

• A notification on the left upper side will be displayed denotes that a "user Doc Created".
• A report with all available users with different work spaces and different database schema will be displayed with other details.
• Click ADMIN button on the upper right account menu.
•  Click sign out button.

• A sign out successfully page displayed.

• Now, you can successfully login with the new workspace,user and password.

   Now, we can enjoy working with the New Oracle Apex Work Space. Allah bless you all Ameen.
